PP Pool is a UV stabilized PP copolymer for pool building. Pool is a series for pool building, UV stabilized polypropylene. The material has the same good impact strength as ordinary PP-C but is a little stiffer.

The density is 0.91 g/cm³, the modulus 1400 MPa and the yield strength 23 MPa. The notched Charpy impact strength is 45 kJ/m² and Shore D 67. The temperature range is -20 °C to +80 °C in short term testing. The building fire class is B2.

The UV protection means the sheet takes lying out in the sun without cracking or turning brittle. The material is not approved for food contact.

PP Pool is used for pool shells, edge strips, overflow drains and other parts around the pool. It is welded and machined like ordinary PP-C.

PP Pool takes sawing, milling and drilling with sharp cutting edges. Count on the same good welding properties as PP-C, but remember that the material is not approved for food contact.

This sheet in PP Pool is gray and measures 4000x1500 mm, which suits cutting boards, linings, splash guards and machine guards.
