An O-ring in FFKM is as far as you can go when the chemistry is brutal.
FFKM, perfluoroelastomer, resists nearly all chemicals and handles very high temperatures, far beyond what Viton manages. It is an expensive seal, used where a leak or a stoppage costs far more than the ring itself. Grade 6221 is one of the common qualities.
