A wiper, also called a wiper ring or scraper, sits at the very outside of a piston rod and scrapes off dirt, dust and moisture before the rod is drawn back into the cylinder.
Nitrile rubber rests against the rod and takes oil, grease, fuel and hydraulic fluid; it keeps contamination out and spares the actual seal behind it.
Type GA is one of the versions in the series; give us the rod diameter and we will pick the right wiper.
